THE CONTEXT
A content-first creative agency known for its ego-free ethos, Eastward had cultivated a reputation for high-quality production and trusted relationships. But despite award-winning work and full suite of creative services, new business largely came via word-of-mouth and focused on production only. With ambitions to diversify revenue, Eastward needed to clarify and amplify what already made them exceptional.
