JAVAHERY

New York・New York

A strategist who spends her life decoding culture and lives to build big things around small human truths.

The résumé: DTC, advertising, a deep cut in strategic consulting, and a body of work with brands and companies shaping their next era.

Work that spans the full arc of the customer relationship, from brand positioning and identity through go-to-market execution, customer experience, and digital strategy. I live in the tension between art and analytics: elevating brand storytelling while delivering measurable growth, scaling to new audiences while protecting brand DNA, and cultivating new revenue while keeping every move grounded in strategy.

Spending over a decade in New York has taught me to bring my whole self, that brilliance starts from a sense of discomfort, and that nothing trumps collaboration, provocation, and curiosity.

With a portfolio that brings together a range of multidimensional work from problem definition through recommendation and execution, there is always a greater level of detail and nuance waiting to be discussed.

Work

Aritzia

Elevating Everyday Luxury

With rare devotion established in Canada, the goal was to scale that cult following into cultural relevance across the US, the brand’s largest growth market. Engaged to lead a brand and positioning assessment that combined consumer insight, competitive analysis, and cultural trend mapping to identify opportunities across the customer journey. Built a three-part strategy across digital, product, and experiential that reframed marketing ideas as commercial levers, helping set in motion an aggressive market expansion and strong revenue growth.

Khaite

The Art of Modern Desire

With cult status secured among fashion’s most discerning, the challenge was to scale the house’s influence and revenue without diluting the scarcity that drives its desire. Contributed a brand thesis that combined luxury market research, cultural insight, and category analysis to define where modern luxury is headed and where Khaite sits within it. Helped translate that thesis into five growth platforms across content, clienteling, limited product, loyalty, and category partnerships, giving leadership a clear logic for which opportunities build brand equity and which erode it.

The RealReal

From Content to Commerce

With 34M members and high-intent traffic, The RealReal held an audience most publishers would envy. An editorial and advertising platform could turn that reach into a new revenue stream and give the brand a voice on luxury longevity, resale’s rising status, and the craft of provenance.

Partnered with the CEO to shape the opportunity, defining two plays. The first introduced higher-grossing ad products across the existing customer journey. The second launched an editorial platform built for premium advertising. Built the financial model to size the opportunity, then pressure-tested it with industry specialists and peer benchmarks. The work gave leadership a full view of the commercial and brand upside alongside its true cost, and the clarity to keep resources focused on the core business.
